I used this brush to clean my new-to-me boat, prior to compounding, polishing and waxing. It did a very good job removing the dirt, and soot (boat had been kept downwind from a power plant), from this neglected hull. The handle enabled me to wash 8' high with out a ladder. The rubber bumper around the brush prevents the brush from damaging the deck when you inevitably drop it.
