Sierra 4 Stroke outboard engine oil filters are designed to fit engines from Honda, Johnson / Evinrude, Mercury, Nissan, Suzuki and Yamaha. Sierra marine oil filters are designed to meet or exceed manufacturers specifications.
Routine engine oil and filter replacement is an essential maintenance process to ensure maximum engine service life. Sierra recommends that engine oil and filter should be changed every 50 hours or at a minimum of once per year. Be sure and read your engine manufacturers recommendations and follow the maintenance schedule specified for your engine.
