2013-01-04Kevin V: These are shipped out of Rhode Island.
This fits my son well but he is on the smaller size of the weight range. Initially my son thought the neck opening was a bit tight/restrictive but he seems to have gotten used to it and is no longer bothered by it. I think the life jacket is well made and I like the color.
