This hose is not designed to used with alcohols, anti-freeze, petro-chemicals or solvents. Self draining installations are recommended for longest odor free service. Max. operating temps: +10 degrees F to +140 degrees F

I have used the cheap stuff- and I have used the good stuff. There is a difference. This is the good stuff. People who complain about smelly systems use the cheap stuff. Use the good stuff and there is no smell.
