I will say that these are good general purpose scissors, are comfortable to use and would cut fiberglass cloth well. These are definitely not good for Kevlar. I used them to make three 6 inch cuts and they were shot.

I used the shears to cut kevlar and the shears were very sharp and cut the kevlar easily. yeah!

I cut less than 4 feet of Kevlar cloth and the blades started to dull up. OK for glass cloth, but won't last w/ Kevlar Thank God it was a small repair job, I'd need a case of these things.
