2012-04-25WILLIAM TETZLAFF: The only reason I bought this filter is it was installed in the motoehome when I bought it,I think it is as good as any undersink water filter out there.
2012-05-21PAULA JOLLIFF: We have the same system in our RV and was having trouble locating the filters that fit. When I found them at Jamestown I was delighted and ordered 6. They have now arrived and are exactly like the old ones we had. I was a bit confused looking at the color shown on the web as red, but the actual filters are blue. I did have a problem of getting the free shipping promised, but they indicated they will credit our account, just this morning. They have been most helpful when I have spoken with them by phone.

Easy of use and other qualities are appreciated, but I wish it reduced Total Dissolved Solids to actually clean the water. My holding tank water is 865ppm before the filter and still 865ppm after the filter. Not removing much. EPA recommends less than 500ppm for safe water.
