Several weeks ago I ordered some West System epoxy, hardener, and pumps from a competitor. While the outside box arrived undamaged, the cans inside were all dented, and the pumps were bent too. The items were just placed into a box with packing peanuts. Also when I opened the gallon can, it was significantly less than full even though there was no visible leaking anywhere inside the box. I didn't have time to hassle with returns or the wait for a new shipment.

I ordered two gallons of West System epoxy and two quarts of hardener from Jamestown Distributors. I couldn't believe the difference in packaging. Jamestown wrapped each can in its own cardboard, then boxed the boxed items in another cardboard box with filler. The items arrived in 100% perfect condition. Also, when I opened the gallon cans, I found them significantly more full than the gallon from your competitor. This stuff is expensive and should not arrive damaged, or be short product. I am much more satisfied with the quality of service from Jamestown Distributors and will probably be making the rest of my purchases from you!
