Answer

The HD series tachometer is for diesel engines. If your Sea Ray has diesel engines then it should work. Depending on how you want the signal to the tach hooked up you may need a sender of one type or another. If hooking up to the alternators then no other sender would be necessary. You would just need to know the pulley ratio but it all outlined in the instructions. Download a copy of the directions and look them over beforehand.

Question

do they make a water pressure gauge for this model?

Asked on 04/24/2012 by Undisclosed

Top Answer

There is a water temperature gauge and an oil pressure gauge, but no water pressure gauge. You may be able to utilize an oil pressure gauge if the sending unit could be modified to work in your situation. There are several different sending units so one may work for your application.
