Beckson Marine Clipmate holding clips are ideal for holding racks, pumps, brooms, flashlights, tools, and any other round object securely in place. The patented leg design provides permanent holding spring action unlike other clips which deteriorate over time. They require a standard #6 pan head fastener and are constructed of plastic to eliminate corrosion.
These clips will hold any round object between 1-3/16 and 1-1/2 inches in diameter.

I use these to hold a telescoping boat hook to the back of the seat. They hold it securely, even while trailering, yet it is instantly availble when needed. This really helps to manage the clutter of gear in a small boat. Mine were white when they arrived (which I actually prefer to the blue pictured). As a bonus, I think that they are less likely to snag my fly line than more conventional, narrower clips.
