I restored a 17' 1957 Penn Yan wooden outboard. It stays in salt water all summer. This bottom paint didn't allow one barnacle to grow over four months, despite water temperatures in the high 70s. Make sure you get the right thinner as this paint is a mess to clean up, but it goes on beautifully.
