Used the pump very little. Each time it was used the hinge showed signs of being overworked. Plastic handle which doubles as a cover plate cracked where it attached to the diaphragm. The dovetail plastic insert pulls out of the handle. Useless. Clearly a bad design. Failed when I needed it. Customer service wouldn't even give me the address to ship it to for repair.

After one season of moderate use the diaphragm developed a leak on one of the folds that are created from operating the pump. The service kit is hard to get and expensive. Even when it's functional it doesn't have a smooth even stroke. The low profile concept is appealing but the design needs work. Not recommended.
