Monel is also known as Nickel 400. I found a few semi custom and custom shops by searching Google. "Nickel 400 hex nuts"

I did have to buy a whole box of these bronze items for my woodstove sheilding project. Some of the bolts were available individually which you could determine from the drop down selection online. In a few more projects, I think I might qualify as a floating hardware store! For my situation, the cost of the boxes was miniscule relative to the whole project.

Maybe not heavy but my 1/2 need 3/4" wrench. My 3/4 Heavy nut uses a 1 & 1/4".
