The only thing I can tell you is that I use #14 for 1/4" machine screw. Hope that helps.

Sorry I have never heard of a #16. Machine screw size only go to #12.

I need an escutcheon or finishing washer that is the type 3. A type 3 hugs the countersink head and does not meet the material to be attached with a flat surface. It pulls into the material in the same shape as the countersunk head. Do you have any? I need 500 pcs
