The product was purchased to replace some junk I purchased on Amazon that arrived with a rubbery/waxy coating that made me afraid to use it on my project. The JD product arrived nicely rolled without any creases. Exactly what I expected and I used their Total Boat slow cure epoxy to apply the cloth to my SUP. Both products worked well. One last comment, I ordered on a Monday morning and had the materials at my home early Thursday. That's great service...thanks!

I needed to prepare the fiberglass that had delaminated under the teak on my Cabo Rico 38 rear lazaretto cover. Water had penetrated every layer of the fiberglass and I removed all fiberglass in an area approximately 12 x 8 inches built up new layers of fiberglass before redoing the teak, The lazaretto cover now looks like new again.

My R V slide-out roof was seriously in need of repair. I decided to cover it with fiberglass instead of a new vinyl covering. The 38" width was exactly the width of the slide. I put down a layer of cloth and thoroughly wetted it down with resin. While the resin was still tacky, I put on a second layer of resin to give a good smooth surface. Once the resin cured I had a good strong roof. The only disadvantage is the fiberglass is clear and shows the worn roof under the fiberglass. I should have put pigment in the second coat, and am considering a coat of Flex Seal for cosmetic purposes.
