I have never tried it on brick so I don't know.

Answer

I used it to do initial cleanup of a couple of very dirty "barn find" old cars. It worked great for that general dirt, grime, and pigeon poop deposits. I also used it to clean a concrete driveway where my son's car leaked transmission fluid. I worked well there also, helped by a stiff bristled brush. Good luck with the brick. It probably will depend on how textured and/or porous the face of the brick is.
