I use a small foam roller (4") for even coats and get appx. 100 sq. ft. per 7 oz. of mixed material, one coat. Great product.

Answer

According to the AwlGrip MSDS, theoretical coverage of this product mix is about 93 sq.ft. That is based on "Theoretical transfer efficiency of 100%." Real world, depends upon your application system, nature of the project, the skill of the operator, etc. A superb system, not terribly user friendly. Answer

Hi Michael, 7 oz of mixed material is about how much it takes to do one coat on the toe rails of a 34' Sabre Power Boat.We are currently doing all the britework on a 78' Marlow Explorer(toe rails cap rails, hand rails, brow trim and hard top trim}and use about 42 ozs per coat.Good luck on your project and feel free to contact us with any other questions.
