I use a small foam roller (4") for even coats and get appx. 100 sq. ft. per 7 oz. of mixed material, one coat. Great product.

According to the AwlGrip MSDS, theoretical coverage of this product mix is about 93 sq.ft. That is based on "Theoretical transfer efficiency of 100%." Real world, depends upon your application system, nature of the project, the skill of the operator, etc. A superb system, not terribly user friendly. Hi Michael, 7 oz of mixed material is about how much it takes to do one coat on the toe rails of a 34' Sabre Power Boat.We are currently doing all the britework on a 78' Marlow Explorer(toe rails cap rails, hand rails, brow trim and hard top trim}and use about 42 ozs per coat.Good luck on your project and feel free to contact us with any other questions.
