Quantum 45 Adhesion Promoting Surface Treatment creates an innovative polymeric adhesive film on a variety of substrates to promote strong adhesion and a more durable finish. Use this advanced adhesion promoter under Quantum topcoats and primers.

Choose from a Quart size can or 12 oz. Aerosol spray.

Caution: Application of these product systems requires recommended temperature/humidity conditions and film thickness ranges. The material, hangar, and substrate temperature should be no lower than 45°F before, during, and after application. Do not apply paint materials to surfaces less than 5°F above the dew point, or to surfaces warmer than 125°F. Substrate temperature should be minimum 45°F to maximum 125°F.

  • Spray Application: Wet out the entire surface spraying 1 light, uniform coat. Apply additional coat as necessary in 5 minutes, not to exceed 12 hours.
  • Dry/Overcoat Time: Adhesion promoter will be dry to the touch in 5 minutes and ready for primer/topcoat application.
  • Shelf Life: 2 years from date of manufacture.
