I'm not sure I'm happy with the semi-gloss finish. Could I go over it with Interlux bright side?

You should be able to but you may want to try a test panel first just to make sure it flows well. Follow the Brightside instructions for previously painted surfaces.

For paint in good condition, sand with 320 grit sandpaper, wipe clean with denatured alcohol, let dry and apply first coat.
