TotalBoat 3:1 Epoxy Pumps dispense the precise ratio of 3 parts epoxy resin to 1 part hardener, by volume. Easy to use - just press down once on the resin pump and once on the hardener pump. The pumps are calibrated, so there's nothing to measure. There's no mess, and you get a proper cure every time.
3:1 pumps are designed for use with the TotalBoat ThickSet Deep Pour Epoxy system, the TotalBoat Tropical Extra Slow Epoxy Kit and the TotalBoat 3:1 Crystal Clear Epoxy Kit (with 5:1 resin and 3:1 Crystal Clear hardener). Do not use with 5:1 Traditional Epoxy, 2:1 High Performance Epoxy, Makerpoxy, or Penetrating Epoxy.
NOTE: Pumps are calibrated and measured to automatically dispense the precise 3:1 mix ratio with ONE pump of Resin to ONE pump of Hardener.
After trimming if needed and properly inserting pumps, be sure to prime the pumps before use by pushing down and releasing the head of each pump several times until you get a steady stream of liquid without any air pockets.
IMPORTANT! These new and improved 3:1 pumps are designed to replace any existing 3:1 pumps used with the TotalBoat Tropical and Crystal Clear Epoxy Kits; they are also designed for easy dispensing of TotalBoat ThickSet epoxy resin and hardener.

The product is fairly easy to use. However, I would only recommend it if you are doing a smaller project. I had to mix up about a pint and found it much quicker to simply measure and pour.

The hardener pump back-surges when released, and delivers an additional amount of material - less than a teaspoonful, but I think in a small or moderate pour would add up. Probably best to measure directly from jug rather than use the pump. The resin pump is very stiff and makes me wonder if its tube is too narrow for the thickness of the material being pumped.

These pumps work great. I had previously used some pumps off of Amazon and the epoxy would leak out on the table top after I was finished. These do not do that and they make the 3:1 process easy
