Product is great but still waiting for #3 of 3 ordered

Product is perfect for my application and the look goes with my vintage boat. Using three of them to replace the trim switches in a 70s Mercruiser trim switch assembly. They fit well in the stock switch plate. Unfortunately I ordered 3 switches, was charged for three switches, but when the box arrived it only contained 2 switches. The packing slip indicated 3 where ordered and 3 sent, but only 2 were in the seal box. I called Jamestown two weeks ago, described the problem, and they said the 3rd switch woiuld be sent right out. Two weeks later I am still waiting for the third switch! It is the only thing holding me back from test running this project boat. I would recommend the switches, but not sure at this time I would recommend the vendor!
