3M Marine Grade Silicone Sealant is a mildew resistant, non sagging, moisture curing silicone rubber adhesive sealant for above-waterline applications. Designed specifically for durability in the harsh marine environment, it provides non-yellowing seals that remain flexible even after years of exposure.

It adheres to and bonds bare and painted metal, glass, gelcoat, Lexan, Plexiglass, fiberglass, non-oily woods, abraded rubber, vinyl, and many plastics. Cures tack free in one hour, with full cure in 24 hrs. Use soap and water for cleanup.

Note: Silicone sealants are generally not as strong as polyurethanes. While it does have 220 psi tensile strength, evaluate project bonding and flexibility requirements beforehand.
