3M Marine Fiberglass Restorer and Wax removes heavy oxidation, chalking, fading, minor scratches, rust, UV damage, and exhaust stains from fiberglass gelcoat finishes. Products such as 3M Cleaner Wax are sufficient for light surface restoration, but heavily oxidized or damaged gelcoat requires the power of rubbing compound.
Unique formulation contains rubbing compound to restore fiberglass and a special blend of waxes to restore color, gloss and shine while adding a protective layer in one application.

This product works great. we had a 24 year old boat that had gotten pretty caulky and this stuff brought back an excellent shine. It wasn't easy, never is when you are using a buffer, but my husband said it was much easier than the last stuff he used. It even brought the decals to a shine. I have never seen this boat look this good. And believe me, it goes a long way. We bought the 32oz bottle and we still have a good bit left. our boat is a 22 ft. cubby cabin. we plan to sell it but now that it looks so good, my husband is starting to reconsider that idea.

Tried couple of recommendations from RV dealers to clean my 2003 5th Wheel travel trailer, this product far outweighed anything recommended. this product is great for fiberglass travel trailers

Tried numerous products but this did the job over and above the rest.

Used a wet washcloth to apply the product and rubbed into a 2ft x 2ft area for about 1 min. Then used a 12" electric buffer for about 3 minutes. Then rubbed off the haze with a clean cloth (tee shirts). I then repeated the whole process a second time. (Note!!! on a 22.5 ft ski boat, had to replace the buffer pad 6 times as it gums up). When complete, buffed/polished the entire boat with a new clean buffer pad. Looks like new. Note!! All was done in the shade, and avoid product drying on the boat. Total time 4 hours, since I'm a prefectionist.

Really easy to use. Just rub it on and rub it off. I started the boat by hand and completed half of it. I finished the second half using a borrowed electric buffer. The second half was much quicker and looked much better so I re polished the first half with the buffer. I polished my 19' Lighning and only used about half the bottle.

Very easy to apply and remove, just buff till gone and see it shine. I had very heavy oxidation and it took care of it in no time. Work on 2 by 2 area at a time, have a second wool pad to clean buff it when finished. works on old glass too, makes look new, I used a Dewalt high speed drill, max 2400 rpm, dont waste money on buffer. Follow up with a polisher then wax if u want mirror shine
