Festool's dual-mode Rotex RO 150 FEQ sander gives you the choice of two sanding motions: random orbital for fine sanding, and Rotex rotary for fast material removal in rough sanding or for polishing.
You can switch between modes in seconds by simply hitting a switch, eliminating the need to change to another tool. This saves you time and the cost of a second sander.
The RO 150 alone (576028) includes a 6" Stickfix sanding pad (150mm soft), sample abrasive sheet, handle, and Systainer storage case.

Finally decided to upgrade to Festool sander after 10 yrs of sucking down gods knows how much wood and fiberglass dust. I purchased w/CT26 package, the difference between this and even supposedly high end sanders is huge, there is almost zero dust, the Festool paper seems to last forever, and it has reduced big/nasty sanding jobs by about 1/2.

I put a Oneida dust devil on top of this vacuum to save on bags. It takes a LONG time to fill a bag if you keep the Oneida emptied.
