Product Details

#10-32 stainless steel round head slotted or straight slot machine screws. 100 per box. Some sizes available individually. Excellent corrosion resistance. The standard fastener for many boatbuilding and exterior woodworking projects. The round screw head has a semi-elliptical top surface with a flat bearing surface underneath. The flat bearing surface allows for lateral movement (as opposed to a Flat or Oval Head that have a countersunk bearing surface that will self-center in the mounting holes) when attaching hardware. Generally chosen for it's traditional appearance.

These Stainless steel machine screws are perfect for the marine environment. This is what all the big production boatbuilders use. There are also a million exterior uses where a stainless fastener will come in handy.
