Interlux Flattening Agent for Two Part Polyurethane paints is used to reduce the gloss of Interspray 900, Interspray 800 and Interthane Plus when applied to boat decks, spars, masts and on most surfaces where less than high gloss finish is desired.

I did a 2 to 1 (interlux perfection ivory white) also shook out interlux non-skid over wet paint with a commercial salt shaker. Then gave it a second coat. Came out great.
