We purchased 1/8" and 11/64" diameters of these long length taper point drills. They are used in our production woodshop for pre-drilling for #8 and #10 stainless steel screws. I was a bit nervous prior to purchase on the 1/8" bits. No one else carries them and I wondered if they would break very easily. They don't and we feel they are high quality drill bits. The sizing chart recommends larger drill bit sizes. We did find the 1/8" are too small for #8 screws in hardwoods, especially. The 11/64" are perfect for us for the #10s.
