This applicator doesn't produce a 1:1 ratio properly. It seems to extrude less of the thicker resin. I mixed up a large batch to try to overcome this but it didn't help. The result took a long time to cure at all and didn't cure completely. It's a very expensive way to mix epoxy poorly, but 3M has you over a barrel the way they've designed their product to require this applicator.

Worked great but is ridiculously overpriced. You basically have no choice but to spend almost $50 for a plastic tool so that you can apply the adhesive. The pieces of plastic used as plungers are ridiculously priced as well, but again, you pretty much have to buy them in order to mix the adhesive. The product is a good product but the gouging on the price leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up spending almost $100 to patch two 1.5 qt tanks. Unfortunately I had no choice since the tanks are no longer available anywhere.
