Cetol Marine Gloss provides a high gloss, hard wearing, UV-stable, easy-to-clean finish. It can be used where a gloss appearance is preferred on top of Cetol Marine, Cetol Marine Light and Cetol Marine Natural Teak. Do not use on decks.

I used this on a rowing dory. I used it on the footrest which had previously been treated with teak oil and the Cetol made it look great. Two coats are holding up very well against the scuffing of my water shoes against it. I will use it in the fall over the rubrails which were previously coated with Cetol Natural Teak.

At 80 F, this product forms a dry film very quickly. So much so that it is hard to maintain a wet hedge. So you have to be very quick with the paint brush or else you will see separation lines. As for the gloss, yep it is very glossy.
