Four inch wide grade 49 Kevlar tape. Kevlar 49 is a structural aramid cloth used for marine, sporting goods and aerospace applications to provide excellent impact, abrasion, and heat resistance.
Kevlar is also one of the lightest structural fibers available. Kevlar is five times stronger than steel on a weight for weight basis.
Our Kevlar material is ideal for reinforcing kayaks, canoes and racing shells.
