Sierra Marine Oil Filters are designed for marine stern drive and inboard engines. Sierra filters meet or exceed all OEM manufacturer specifications. Sierra filters incorporate a high-efficiency filter media for excellent engine protection. An Anti-Drainback Valve is included where specified by the engine manufacturer.
Routine engine oil and filter replacement is an essential maintenance process to ensure maximum engine service life. Sierra recommends that engine oil and filter should be changed every 50 hours or at a minimum of once per year. Be sure and read your engine manufacturers recommendations and follow the maintenance schedule specified for your engine.
