3M Marine Rubbing Compound is designed for heavy, aggressive compounding of oxidized gelcoat and marine paint. This compound clings to paint and gelcoated surfaces and remains wet on the job with little or no mess. It buffs to a high gloss while leaving minimal swirl marks behind. 3M Marine Rubbing Compound can be buffed out by hand or with polishing machinery.
