I plan to spray my deck but want to paint the beams between the hatches, with the hatches removed. They cannot easily be sprayed. They would only be visible when the hatches are open. Is there a brushing thinner that would work? Any suggestions?Asked on 02/25/2018 by Cap'n Linwood from Florida
AwlCraft 2000 is really not designed as a brushable paint. Of course some people try and do it, but it's really designed as a sprayed paint. AwlGrip might be the paint system to use in opposition to AwlCraft in this case.Answered on 05/17/2018 by JD Tech Associate
I bought AWLCraft 1 gallon what else do I need to go with the project? I'm spraying in 90-degree weather...Asked on 07/20/2017 by Gregory from FL.
You will need a half gallon of Awlcat #2 AWL-G3010 converter and a quart of Awl-T0003 Reducer.Answered on 10/11/2017 by JD Tech Team
Can I use Awlcraft to repair Awlgrip? Special issues of method? thanksAsked on 05/03/2012 by doug jacoby
Awlgrip is a polyester paint and Awlcraft is an acrylic. That being said we don¢??t think it is the best idea to use Awlcraft, as you will still need all the correct reducers and converters. There may be issues with compatibility. You should just use Awlgrip to do the repair. If you are dead set on using Awlcraft please consult with Awlgrip directly at 847-599-6212.Answered on 05/03/2012 by Ryan L
