Having soldered literally hundreds of PL-259 connectors over the years (I am a boater and an avid ham radio operator) I had my doubts, but having read favorable reviews in Passagemaker I gave these a try. They work great, are easy to use, and resulted in a rock solid connection.

Easiest way to connect a marine band VHF radio to an antenna cable. Strong compression fitting and water tight seal.
