Product Details

Brownell Boat Stand Tops fit both power and sailboat stands. Replacement tops allow you to change the configuration of your existing stands, to repair worn tops, or to fabricate your own trailer or cradle.

The screws are unthreaded at the bottom to prevent accidental removal from the stand. The solid ACME threaded rod is fully adjustable while under load. The handle is made from durable steel.

I transport boats for a living, I use them on a trailer that is going down the highway so I abuse them far past what any yard would. One problem I run into is that the screws work too good. I have to zip tie them so they won't unscrew when not loaded. I would like to see a bit stronger bolt between the screw and pad at the pivot but I've yet to break one so you guys must know what your doing. I also added the gel tops and have had zero issues with any scuffing. I'm actually getting ready to order two more.

Often we stand 40-43' boats on their nose if you will so we can rescue lifting straps. The stands see every bit of 10k lbs each at almost full extension and the Hiold it uo no problem
These are lowered out of place. They have custom adjustable sockets I can move to various parts of the trailer as needed
