You told us you loved Thixo, but wanted more adhesive per tube. We listened. Thixo Pro is our top selling thickened 2:1 epoxy adhesive, in a larger 450ml dual cartridge package. That's 2.5 times more. If you are working on a large project, Pro is the way to go. You'll save time, have less waste, and get more adhesive for your money.
Standard 185 ml Thixo cartridges fit regular caulking guns. To dispense Thixo Pro, you need our Pro Gun. This manually operated, two component applicator is specifically designed for use with Pro cartridges. A powerful 26:1 trigger ratio lets you place a bead of adhesive exactly where you want it.
Cartridges and Pro Gun sold separately. Choose from the drop down below to select. Each cartridge includes two mixing tips. Additional mixing tips are also available in two packs and quantities of 12 or 60.

Reviews for TotalBoat Thixo Pro 2:1 Epoxy System

I also bought a tube set of Thixo Pro 2:1 Epoxy System. I was not familiar with the products and I did not use them. Recently I started a new project. The Thixo Flexiible Epoxy Adhesive was hard to get out of the tube. When I got it out using a vice, it would not harden. When I went to use the Thixo Pro 2:1 Epoxy System I found out I needed a special gun. I ordered it and it worked fine and I am very happy with it and would order it again. Not so the Thixo Flexible Epoxy Adhesive.

This time I used this easy to apply epoxy to install a paperstone product to and existing kitchen counter top. It applies easily and makes a wonderful waterproof bond!!

You need to buy the applicator though, which is a bit of an investment. You know how they describe MIG welding as a hot glue gun for metal? Well this is hot glue for everything else. You squeeze and out comes quantities of sour cream...that hardens. It's just astounding.

We are midway through a full restoration of John Trumpy's original AURORA. Laid down in 1945 and completed in 1947 she is a masterpiece of American craftsmanship. She is being completely refastened - replacing the original silicon bronze screws with same. The thought of replugging thousands upon thousands of countersunk screws was daunting - to say the least! The Thixopro Siamese pack with static mixer was a Godsend. We squirted a half-depth of resin into the hole, rolled each bung on a board with some more Thixopro and banged them home. Mixing resins on a board - even if thickened, then trying to get just the right amount in the hole would have been a nightmare. Virtually no waste - and no clean up! Just unscrew the used static mixer tube, screw on another and you're set to go the following day. Amazing!

Used this product to replace some rot in one of my cap rails and to reinforce screw holes under my bowrail. The Thixo Pro Epoxy System worked like a champ. Easy to use and outstanding results.

The only down side of this product is the resin and hardener sometime not equally matched in the tube. I have had when running a bead a 1"-2" section not cure at the end of tube. Since the hardener and resin are same color you can see that it properly mixed.

I used the product to fill the end grain of the subfloor at a door threshold which had become spongy from subterranean termites. After setting the forms to limit the flow and injecting the epoxy through holes drilled 4 inches apart in the form the floor was solid. Wax coated wood form made it easy to remove. It saved a big tear out. Saved the vinyl flooring and lots of time making it a one person fix.

After using total bolt penetrating epoxy I use this product to fill holes in the bottom of some rotten window sashes it works beautifully. It doesn't sag on vertical surfaces. And using small waxed wooden pieces on the edges makes for a perfect Edge.
