Good product, easy to install. Specs say drill 1" holes for 6" cleat. The cleat is very loose in 1" holes. If you set the cleat in 5200 and tighten the nuts appropriately it should not move, but unless you do that, it could conceivably shift under load. Before installing the second cleat I tested 7/8" holes in scrap wood and it work perfectly. Sung but not too tight. Be very accurate in measuring of the holes as there is no wiggle room to align the cleant when using a 7/8" hole saw. The instructions call for an extra deep socket to tighten the nuts which I did not have. I used an under sink wrench basin wrench instead. You'll need a very large extra deep socket, greater than 1" otherwise. I never measured the nuts but I'm guessing 1 and 1/8" to 1 and 13/16". The largest socket I had on hand was 1" and it was too small.
