I need a pushbutton on and off, not momentary, so I can use as light switch.are there any that can be made waterproof?
This is a momentary switch for a horn
I use this as a starting button on a pontoon boat, so it is being used as a momentary switch and it seems to be pretty waterproof.
This is a momentary switch.
what is the bore size ?
Roughly 3/4". I already have it installed so it is difficult to measure. I bought it to replace a push button starter switch on a 1973 25hp Evinrude outboard that I am restoring and it worked like a charm as far as fitting in the original bore hole in the outboard cowling. Hope this helps.
Good Product, easy to install. Will see how long it lasts and how well it works on the pontoon boat. Replaced an old smaller switch that was stuck with this nicer version.
Looks very waterproof
I am replacing a different switch time will tell if it is truly water proof
