Windline telescoping two and three step ladders for swim platform installations take up less space than conventional folding ladders. Ladders telescope each step into the step above it, and slide through two hoop brackets under the swim platform. No more hinges or springs to rust, break, catch, or pinch.
Nylon straps secure ladder out of the way when not in use. Made of electro-polished stainless steel with low-profile, non-skid plastic steps.

How do you mount this ladder?
It mounts under the platform with bolts, washers ,nuts and brackets that are included.
Hello Paul,I haven't installed the ladder yet but plan on installing it under my swim platform (once it is installed).. I'll update when I have them both on the boat and let you know..Regards,Jesse
Two brackets bolt yhrough from the bottom of the swim piatform via 8 bolts. If you have a hollow platform you may have to access the inside.
What is the mounting width of the ladder?
Haven't mounted it yet.
Approx: 10" on center of brackets
Hello, the width from outer bolt edge to edge is 13", add 1/2" total for the washers. Make sure the under side of your swim deck is flush with the edge of deck, if not the ladder won't raise up to stored position. We used the ladder last weekend and it worked like a champ, weights of about 230ish. Good ladder happy with it so far. Also, make sure you drill your holes so the bolts go in with little force. I like to drill holes a little small for that type of bolt and nut but in this case the fiberglass was literally cutting/edging the bolt threads. Made the job a pain in the neck until I drilled larger hole!!! Take care and happy boating.Greg
14" w. Center to center.
What is the stowed length and extended length?
Without measuring it, I would estimate that when it is extracted it hangs down at least 36 inches. Then when retracted, it telescopes up to about 14 inches and then swivels up so that it is stowed under the platform paralell with the platform and not hanging down at all. It stows completely out of the way.
I will try to get measurments when I go to the boat this weekend.(still on the hard)Just wondered, dosen't the catalog give this information?
how much is the weight limet?
Its not the ladder its how and what you mount it to.
I don't know but we've had people using it that weigh over 300 lbs and there was no problem, it works fine. You will be happy with it.
Can the brackets be reversed and secured to the top of the deck rather than the bottom ??
No not this one. But they have another one that is identical to this one but with a little different mounting bracket that is designed to mount on top of a swim platform and then swivel around from the top to hand over the side, and then telescope down, so you'd want to make sure to get that one. :)
The original ladder installed on our boat had only 1 step. It was very difficult to board the boat using the one step. My husband and I are in our 70's and not as flexible as we once were. This new 3 step ladder makes it possible for us to board our boat from the water with ease.
Great ladder for a great price!
We love this ladder. It is perfect for installation under the hydraulic swim platform on our boat. It is very sturdy. I don't know how much it will support, but I do know that we've had people weighing a LOT use it. My boat captain weights 250 lbs and uses it every weekend and has no trouble with it.The only negative comment we have is that it sometimes sticks when extending it, but a sharp pull brings it out all the way. We have recommended it to tons of our boating friends.
