TH Marine quick flush snaps on and quickly flushes out salt and sand from outboard engines. Must be used on Outboard motors with a preexisting flushing port.
Flush uses a slide valve that stays on the engine permanently and has an o-ring seal. Kit contains slide valve with quick connect fitting and rubber washer.

I have a 2 cycle 5 HP Mercury (circa 1989) with the flush port on the under side of the engine cowling. The port comes with a bolt in it which must be removed; then a flush adapter is screwed in. Will this fit that engine? The Mercury part number is 16841Q02.
Can't speak to your motor, but this did not work for me on my 9.8.
I have a 2011 6 hp mercury 4 stroke that I plan to use in the ocean. There is a screw in the bottom of the engine that must be removed and replaced by a flushing attachement. What can I use and can I leave it in the engine?
I am NOT familiar with that size engine. The adapter I bought that is permanantly installed fits just below the engine cowling on the backside. I would NOT think the flush device would be in your lower unit as this doesn't flush the top part of the engine. Usually the flush is located in the upper part of the motor. You are welcome to email me a pic of where your flush is if you like and I can better answer your question.
Will this fit on a Mercury 4hp, 4 stroke engine?
Yes this will fit that application, make sure to get the "THM-QF2KDP", thank you.
Just what was needed
Ths items save me huge amounts of time and corrossion on my twin 150 Mecury engines. I pull in the slip, tie up..clip on the hose and the engine flushes quickly and efficiently.
