Route marine engine exhaust systems with Centek 90 degree elbow fittings. Centek Elbows use the same fiberglass and fire retardant resins used to produce Vernatube, their UL listed tubing line. The fittings are lightweight, strong, non-corroding, and durable. Elbows are easy to install and O.D.s are compatible with approved marine rubber exhaust hose.
Various diameters are available to fit a variety of exhaust applications.

I have 4" Shields hose and need to replace a stainless exhaust elbow. Should I order the 4" elbow or 3.5"?
If your hose has an ID of 4" order the 4" part.
For a 4" id hose you want the 4" elbow.
How do these adhere our mount to the exhaust pipe?
In my application we attached the elbow to a short stainless exhaust pipe/water inlet (itself attached to the exhaust manifold) by means of a length of flexible (rubber/fiber) exhaust hose, clamped with hose clamps. The other end was attached to the muffler the same way.We have not started the engine since we did that refit, so I cannot yet comment on how well this will work out. But I would not have bought it if I were not confident.
On my application, there are sections of rubber exhaust hose going in and out of the elbow. Hoses are double clamped on the straight sections on either side of the elbow.
We installed these elbows on our exhaust system for two Ford Lehmans SP135s several months ago and they work just great.
