Murray hose clamps are made of 300 series stainless steel. This includes band, housing, and screw. Screw is 5/16'' slotted hex head. HF004SS and HF005SS have 1/4'' slotted hex head.
The all-300 series stainless steel construction provides better corrosion resistance than commonly available clamps. These clamps are well suited for marine applications.
Hose clamps are packaged 10 per box.

All critical hose connections should be double clamped at both ends. Ideally, the hose clamp screws should be mounted opposite one another for maximum security.
I am looking for ss hose clamps that can adjust from 1" to 6"?
question is are they available, I am looking for around 150 pcs
probably could reduce a 6" down to 1" but what a waste? Also big tail from the clamp would be a potential problem.
These Murray clamps are not made to have that big a variation, see the drop down list and it will show the minimum to maximum sizes for each size clamp. Not sure what the other clamps sold by Jamestown will do but i suspect about the same.
I need help in sizing. The hose is a 1 1/8 inch inside diameter bilge pump hose. What size clamp do to go around this?
These clamps typically cover a size range, eg. 3/8" - 1/2". I would guess your 1-1/8" ID hose is around 1-5/16 to 1-3/8" OD so you would need a clamp (or 2) that would have a size range that would cover the ODsize
The question is similar. But my hose size is 1 x 1/4; would that mean my clamp size should be what?
how do you measure this clamp ?
By the diameter of the opening. A 1/4-5/8 will accept hoses between those sizes.
So if the hose is 1"x1/4 the claimant covers the 1/4 or the 1"? or ?ould a 2" clamp by what? be appropriate?
Time Will Tell
Will need some time to see how good the stainless steel is. Brand new boat showing rust lines and corrosion with just 2 months in the water.

Dont bother buying the inferior grade of pipe clamps, never buy a clamp with a carbon steel worm, try to get a clamp of this grade
Hard to obtain around here
Dont use anything but all stainless in contact with the soil
I have been using Murray hose clamps for years and they have never let me down.
