Sea-Dog Brass Wire Pad Eyes are used in applications such as block attachment, controlling line leads and lashing points. They are also an easy way to create tie down points for batteries, life rafts, and more. Use #10 FH Fasteners for attaching (Not Included).

How many in an order, one or two? Thought I saw the answer but can't find it nowRandy
Been too long. I thought one per but can't remember.
The 5/16 in Chrome is a pair, the rest are each.
Just one pad eye in an order. Just be sure you drill pilot holes for the brass or bronze screws, they don't like to go into hard wood (mahogany in my case).

How long are the 5/16?
The average length is 1.875". Needed to further counter sink screw holes to accommodate the bronze frearson screws using a 90 degree 3/8" counter sink. Hopes this helps.
P.S. The above answer is guaranteed correct - I just measured it.
The length of the 5/16" pad eye is 1-13/16".
2.25 inches long
Center to center= 1.75 inches
The strap eyes that I got are 2 1/4 inches over all and are 1 3/4 inches between the screw holes
Not as dark as bronze screws
I bought a couple of these to use on my boat for a traditional feel. They are nicely made and finished. My only issue is they are closer to traditional brass in color than the bronze screws I bought to go with them. That said, these are the only bronze eyes I've seen. I'm yet to mount or use them as I'm still shaping my spars.

Nice pad eyes for interior.
I wanted a dressy look for the sailboat salon, so needed a nice looking brass/bronze pad eye to use for anchoring retention lines on bookshelves.

Great Service and Product
Appears to be high quality product and will be an attractive addition to the boat. Service was top notch.
