will Savogran deglosser work to prepare West epoxesy for second coat?
West Systems epoxy will create an amine blush on the surface that needs to be removed with a mild soap and water, and mechanically roughed with a more coarse sandpaper grit than this product will deliver. This product will not remove the amine blush either.
