303 Aerospace UV Protectant protects and restores vinyl, gel-coat, fiberglass, rubber, plastics, and leather. Originally engineered for aerospace and aviation applications, this is the world's highest rated UV-screening product.
In addition to complete protection from UV-induced color fading, 303 Protectant restores lost color and luster on items that have already faded. It's not oily or greasy, so it won't discolor or stain. Prevents dust, soiling and staining on all kinds of surfaces. For use in automotive, marine, RV applications, and even pools. Available in 16 oz spray, or gallon.

303 Protectant provides excellent sunblock to treated surfaces. It is an improvement over Silicone based products that prevent glue from adhering and can cause future repair failure. Aerospace Protectant filters ultraviolet rays while allowing glue to adhere to previously treated fabric.
What's the square foot coverage per ounce of product?
I don't know the quantity needed, but it is a great product.
I have two lexan covered solar panels which are about six feet by four feet.I treat them twice a year. I would estimate that I use about an once each time so that would work out to about 50 square feet per once. I'm pretty sloppy so you could probably do better. Most of it ends up on the rag as it is actually a very thin film that you put down.I live on the Mojave desert and after many years the lexan show none of the usual hazing.
Wow. This was never a concern. It's such a great product that that never mattered. I still have some left. Just buy it and enjoy
Better than armor all With no alcohol..
Is it safe for RV graphics?
Ron I am not sure about graphics but I can say on vinyl upholstery there is no better product. Our boat is now 11 years old and we have used 303 every season. Our seats still look and feel like they did on day one.
Can it be used on cars? If so windows only or it can be used on body too? Can it harm the paint? How long it will stay? Do I need to reapply every how often?
303 works well on cars but not really meant for paint or windows. It will not hurt either but it is made more for rubber and similar products. I don't think there would be a real advantage on glass and it would not last. On paint it will look good for a short time but not last like a good wax. 303 is better on flexible materials like rubber trim or tires. I use it on cars, RVs and boats, but not on glass. It really works best on inflatable boats!
I have only used 303 on plastic, rubber and vinyl. Not on windows (for sure not) not on painted metal surfaces. It's just a better Armorall. I use it on the above mentioned surfaces on my boat, car and RV. Don't use it on motorcycle seats because it will make it too slippery. Will protect patio furniture (vinyl, fabric surfaces). Best UV protection I have ever seen. Buy it by the gallon to reduce cost.
It is not meant to be used on paint or glass. You can use it on vinyl, rubber, plastic or boat covers to protect from sun damage.
I purchased this for protecting the Undercover bed cover for my truck. It works great and using it 3 or 4 times a year, my cover still looks new after 4 years. It has also kept the dash and interior of the doors looking new. During use, there has been some carry-over onto the paint and it did not damage it. Although I don't think this is meant to be a paint protectant, you could always try. I have found 303 Aerospace Protectant is worth the money for all it's intended purposes.
I am thinking of using this on artwork (ceramics) to protect fluorescent colors that UV rays are fading out in a very short time, especially reds. Any experience in using 303 in this way?
None but the product is unbelievable when it comes to Vinyl. I would recommend this hands down for boat upholstery.
I have vinyl upholstery in my boat that invariably picks up mildew during off season storage. This cleans off with various detergent/bleach mixtures except for a noticeable, diffuse darkening in the "pores" of the vinyl. Does 303 remove such residue?
Not that I know of. I use 303 as the last step after cleaning. I would highly recommend 303 as a UV protectant, but I do not believe it is a cleaner. You might try one of the many marine vinyl cleaners, however, getting mildew out of pores in vinyl is difficult.
From the spray bottle I purchased I can use it to remove light build up from boat seats. The best part is it will help to prevent the buildup in the future because it helps to prevent the growth by blocking the uv rays. It has worked very well on my seats and tires.
I find 303 to be a good product that gets many stains out. I however do not have mildew problems, but if I did I would certainly use 303. My boat is 7 years old and the upholstery looks very close to new.
Just to be specific, I transferred the 303 from the gallon to a spray bottle. It only comes in the gallon form as far as I know. Thanks
I've seen reference to use on finished wood. I am wondering if I can use it on the deck and hull of a skin on frame kayak with a spar varnish finish? Any thoughts?
I have no experience in using 303 on surfaces other than plastic, vinyl, etc. No experience with wood. Sorry
I have never tried that! I'm sure it would not hurt it but I'm not sure how much good it would do. The primary use is for fiberglass and rubber products. Almost like putting on sun screen. You would most likely have better results with a good wax or polymer sealer, something with more body to it.
I would only use on vinyl and leather those are porous materials and liquid will soak in. If you use on fiberglass and plastic it will sit on top and just wash off in time. In my option.

Does the gallon size come with a sprayer?
No, just a gallon of liquid.
Roy, Sadly, it does not come with a sprayer.

Best Vinyl Polish I've Found
This is hands down the best polish and protectant for vinyl that I've found. It puts a better finish on vinyl than Armor All protectant and holds up much better to sun and water.I use 3M Marine Vinyl Cleaner and Restorer to clean first, then put this product down as a finish coating. After five years my upholstery still looks as good as new.
Absolutely the best protectant for vinyl & rubber.

square foot coverage per ounce of product
assume the thickness is 30 micro meter, then it is 10 square foot coverage per ounce of product
This product is AMAZING!
"Areospace Protectant". If any 303 product says the preceding quote, the price is irrelevant. What's inside is exactly the same! This stuff will STOP the two ultraviolet rays that damage vinyl, rubber & plastics AND helps the normal environmental things that rot the aforementioned. Good example: Rubber balls on antifreeze and battery testers. In Florida, you're lucky if they last a year. Mine right now are going into the 5th year. Use your imagination and use this stuff on most everything and extend it's life!
