Sorry, JD only sells the complete fitting.
Caps stuck down in 4 months
I put a diesel and a waste fill on my sailboat. After 4 months both of the pop-up parts of the caps are stuck down. Something is wrong with the mechanism - they are not seized. I can press them down, and they spring back to either the down and stowed position or (SOMETIMES) to about 1mm up.The deck fills themselves are very well made and look nice. Save yourself the trouble and skip the pop-up caps. Whitecap has old-style keyed deck fills and caps too.
Not a good product
Purchased 5 of these two years ago. Have installed 4 and two will NOT open. They fill with water and lock in the closed position. Not at ALL satisfied. Great concept but terrible product. Will contact manufacturer.
First, spring loaded tab got stuck in up positionSecond, the barrel housing the tab gets filled with rain water. It cracked due to freezing and all the rain water was let into the diesel tank. And continued to pour water into diesel tank every time it rained.Discovered water just in time before engine damage.
Push button is stuck down in less than a year. No good now.
