This 12k Carbon fiber tape has a unidirectional weave, meaning that the tows of fibers run only in the longitudinal direction. This gives the reinforced surface added longitudinal strength while leaving its torsional qualities unaffected. With a weight of 11 oz, it has an excellent strength to weight ratio and requires less layers of fabric to build up to the desired strength of the part.
Carbon fiber tape may also be used as a "stringer" to add strength to a surface without the hassle of cutting a full sheet of fabric to size and performing a larger lay up job.
Available in 3.5 or 6 inch widths, this tape is sold by the yard or in 50 yard rolls.

Can this tape be used with epoxy resin to repair bowing foundation wall?
I don't think so, I'd use some steel.
Yes, I used West system with 205 slow hardener to wet it out. I was working in the Texas heat and had no problems what so ever.
is this a single sided tape?and can an epoxy be used to strengthen it??
I'm not sure how to answer about being single sided or not...I used west system to wet the cloth out myself...it took many coats to get the smooth look I was looking for...sand and re-coat until the weave is covered
I'm not sure what you mean by single sided. It does not have any adhesive or resin embedded or on one side. None at all. You use it exactly as you would the tried and true fiber glass cloth. It can be laid with either side up. You need a two part epoxy to get the max strength capability of carbon fiber. But you sure can use poly ester resin as a fine alternative.
Thistle spinnaker pole repair
I used this to fix a spinnaker pole for a Thistle. It was easy to use with West epoxy. I think it worked great....more to follow after first heavy weather reach!
