TotalBoat Bond is a high-strength, single-part marine adhesive sealant that cures faster and stronger than other leading marine sealants. It moisture-cures to form a permanently flexible and waterproof seal, making it an ideal solution for boatbuilding and corner-joints where shock, vibration, shrinking or swelling are a concern. Bond quickly forms a skin once dispensed that does not sag or collect dust while you work.
Use Bond above or below the waterline on metals, fiberglass, synthetics, and woods. Safe for use on teak decks as well. Great for sheet metal work and car body repairs. Also ideal for glazing with wood, metal & synthetic frames, plumbing connections, and industrial assembly.
TotalBoat Bond is UV stable, paintable, and easy to clean. Apply with a standard caulk gun.

total bond is great
We used the product to seal a leaking cooling tower. The product sealed well and cure time was quick, which allowed us to get the unit back up and running the same day.
A great product to adhere aluminum to plywood
I built a camping trailer. I used Total Boat to adhere the perimeter of aluminum sheets to plywood substrate, seal trim moldings, and to seal up penetrations for wires in the alum. skin. The product was dry enough to remove clamps in 24 hours but to feel totally cured it took approx 4 days= 50% humidity @ 70 deg F. This product is messy but with preparation- like masking surfaces- it isn't too bad. I used Acetone and Mineral Spirits for clean up- Mineral Spirits worked best in my opinion. The six pack of Total Boat was a good deal with the free shipping offer. Overall I am very pleased with this product.
Mad Dog Custer
Used this on a canoe repair of all the ribs. Used on rivets and stainless #10 screw heads to seal and alittle on threads to keep nuts on. Canoe holds water! Attachable nozzle & threaded cap that came with it is nice and it was reasonable priced.
I would recomend this product
make sure you use acidtone to prep the area before use. Use plastic wrap to avoid a mess which will help smooth material out.
strongest marine adhesive calking made
Is an excellent choice for strength and durability when bonding dissimilar materials (ie polymer board to fiberglass) it does not sag even overhead. Skins over quickly so you want to be prepared to work quickly. Much stronger than 5200 etc.
