Davis adjustable Chafe Guards protect and extend the life of expensive dock lines. They fit 3/8 to 7/8 inch line, making them perfect for anchor, mooring, and dock lines where chafing could cause serious danger.
Chafe guards have Velcro hook fasteners for quick and easy installation and removal when repositioning them becomes necessary. Each abrasion-resitent nylon guard is 16 inches long, and sold in pairs.

Works as advertised. A little difficult to remove to adjust its place on the line; however, that is worth the ability to place on the line without having to uncleat the line on either end.
