The Teleflex ST Engine Control is for light throttle loads. Fits both 30 & 40 series cable. Uses 3300 or 4300 supreme cable.

I bought this throttle for my 35 hp engine neglecting to spend the extra $5.00 for a "brake." Now I find the engine's vibration causes the throttle to gradually lose RPM and will have to improvise some sort of throttle friction device. If brakes are all that important and cheap, why aren't they included in all versions of this throttle?
