TACO Universal Flexible Vinyl Trim is used to cap raw edges on fiberglass, metal, glass or Plexiglas. Easy to install trim contains individual internal aluminum clips and gripping tongue. Sold in reels of 25 feet in black or white with openings of 3/16 or 1/4 inch.

I got this trim for the sharp edges under my house boat water slide. I haven't installed it yet, but have tried it on and it looks like it will fit the bill perfectly. I spent numerous hours searching for something to cover these sharp edges of a fiberglass slide. finding this product made it all worth while.
